Havening Techniques, otherwise known as Delta Wave Techniques, is a psychosensory treatment that uses simple touch to permanently eliminate unwanted feeling, both somatic and emotional, from distressing memories and events. In addition, these techniques are useful for promoting professional and personal growth. The method is derived from and consistent with current neuroscience literature.
Havening Techniques is easy to learn, can be self-applied, is rapid, gentle and essentially without side effects. The client can be 'Havened' by a licensed practictioner or self-Haven with the practictioner.
The technique begins with stroking the face in the manner of applying moisturiser, stroking the arms from the shoulders to elbows and stroking the hands. NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a way of thinking about how the world works and figuring out how excellence can be achieved in everyday life. NLP offers you techniques to create new results to be a better communicator, have a better social life, more successful relationships, career success, get rid of bad habits or phobias and become a better version of yourself.
NLP focuses on excellence and how people become successful and stay successful in all areas of their life like relationships, weight management and career. By studying their strategies and finding the successful patterns they are running, we can all learn how to apply them to all areas of our lives.
Are you stuck? Do you have limited beliefs in an area of your life such as I'm not worthy, I'm too fat, I'm not pretty enough, I'm not smart enough, no one loves me? These are the kind of limiting beliefs that so many people walk around believing. With NLP, you can change your mind for good.
CLINICAL & PROFESSIONAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Simply speaking hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness. Clinical Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy, therefore, is the use of an altered state of consciousness, or trance, for therapeutic endpoint. This means that people are not treated with hypnosis but are treated in hypnosis.
All hypnotic states are characterised by an extremely pleasant state of relaxation, which individuals allow themselves to enter so that desired, beneficial suggestions may be given directly to the part of the mind known as the unconscious.
Under hypnosis, the conscious, rational part of the brain is temporarily bypassed, making the unbconscious part, which influences mental and physical functions, receptive to therapy. During the trance state there is heightened concentration for the specific purpose of maximizing potential, changing limiting beliefs and behaviors and gaining insight and wisdom.
